No, Hotel Guadalajara Plaza Expo must issue the invoice to the intermediary. We suggest requesting your invoice directly from the place where you made your reservation.

When your reservation is confirmed by email, the charge is not automatic. We ask our guests for up to 72 hours to process the charge on the registered card, and if it is declined, we will request a new one to guarantee the reservation.
