1. Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
2. Minor Identification Policy / Family Policy:
- Mexican citizens: CURP or birth certificate will be accepted.
- International travelers: the minor’s passport must be presented.
- Dates of stay.
- Hotel name.
- Names of the parents with their ID numbers.
- Minor’s name with their ID number.
- Name and ID number of the authorized person staying with the minor.
It is mandatory to present ID for all minors traveling with you:
For minors traveling alone, with a guardian, or with relatives who are NOT their parents, it is mandatory to present at check-in an original notarized authorization signed by both parents, specifying:
Without proper identification, the check-in process cannot be completed.
3. Rates and Stay Conditions:
Rates are subject to change and apply only to the European Plan, including 19% taxes.
An extra person charge will be applied, according to hotel policy.
Children under 12 staying in a room shared with adults will not be charged.
Pets: allowed.
4. Late Check-out:
For late check-out, a 50% charge applies if departure is before 6:00 PM and a 100% charge applies after that time.
5. Additional Services:
Parking: cost of $50.00 per night, subject to availability.
6. Guarantee Policy:
To guarantee the reservation, a pre-authorization charge will be made to the credit or debit card on file one day before arrival; this will be released at check-in.
This policy does not apply during expo or convention dates; in such cases, the charge will be made for the full amount and will be non-refundable at check-in.
7. Group Reservation Policy:
Reservations of 5 rooms or more will be considered group bookings.
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 25% of the total group stay will be charged.
The hotel will contact the guest to coordinate special deposit and cancellation conditions.
If the deposit is not made according to the group conditions, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

8. Credit Cards and Verification:
The cardholder must travel and present, upon arrival, the card used for the payment.
They must also present an official ID (passport or INE).
