CHECK‑IN AND CHECK‑OUT TIMES

  • Check‑in: 3:00 PM
  • Check‑out: 12:00 PM

MINORS’ IDENTIFICATION / FAMILY POLICY
All accompanying minors must present valid identification:

  • Mexican citizens: CURP or birth certificate.

  • International travelers: passport.

For minors traveling alone, with a legal guardian, or with relatives other than their parents, the following must be presented at Reception:

  • Original notarized permission signed by both parents, specifying:

    • Dates of stay

    • Hotel name

    • Parents’ full names and ID numbers

    • Minor’s full name and ID number

    • Authorized adult’s full name and ID number

Without proper identification, check‑in cannot be completed.

RATES AND STAY CONDITIONS

  • Rates are subject to change and apply only to the European Plan, including 19% tax.
  • An extra‑person charge will apply as specified.
  • Children’s Policy:
    • Children under 12 staying in the same room with adults stay free of charge.

  • Pets: Allowed.

LATE CHECK‑OUT

  • 50% charge if check‑out occurs before 6:00 PM.

  • 100% charge if after 6:00 PM.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • Parking:
    • MXN $50.00 per night, subject to availability.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY

  • To guarantee your reservation, a pre‑authorization hold will be placed on the registered credit or debit card one day prior to arrival; this hold is released at check‑in.
  • This policy does not apply during trade shows or congresses; in such cases, a full, non‑refundable charge will be applied at check‑in.

GROUP RESERVATION POLICY

  • Reservations for five rooms or more are considered group bookings.
  • A non‑refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total group stay will be required.
  • The hotel will contact the guest to arrange special deposit and cancellation terms.
  • If the deposit is not received under the agreed group conditions, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

CREDIT CARD AND VERIFICATION

  • The cardholder whose card was used for payment must be present at check‑in and present that card, along with official photo ID (passport or INE).
