Parque Metropolitano

The Metropolitan Park of Guadalajara is a Decentralized Public Organization of the Government of the State of Jalisco located in Zapopan, Jalisco in Mexico. It has an extension of 113 ha and with trees that provide nice shade, playgrounds and tracks for jogging or cycling. 75% of this park corresponds to young wooded areas with species of ash, ficus, galeanas and casuarinas. It is a good place to spend a day outdoors. They have some places with a rotisserie. They even have an exclusive area for dogs, with equipment and games for dogs. Regularly conducted pedestrian races organized by individuals and the amibiente is magnificent, from family races of 5 and 10 km to ultramarathons.
