Tlaquepaque

Tlaquepaque is a town inhabited by Totonac Indians that produced everyday utensils and art objects before the Spaniards arrived. Today it is a manufacturing center that continues to produce paper maché, glass, brass, pottery, yarn, clay, leather and wood crafts that have given it the reputation of being a gallery town.
